Celui-ci se r\u00e9alisera strictement de mani\u00e8re bilat\u00e9rale, r\u00e9ciproque et conditionn\u00e9e, afin de garantir la protection de la confidentialit\u00e9, tel que cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9 par le Pr\u00e9sident Juan Carlos Varela lors de la 70\u00e8me Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Nations Unies, en septembre dernier, \u00e0 New York.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi, le Gouvernement de la R\u00e9publique du Panama, pr\u00e9cise que cet engagement se limite aux points indiqu\u00e9s ci-dessus et r\u00e9pond au respect des standards globaux de transparence fiscale et non exclusivement aux standards de l\u2019Organisation pour la Coop\u00e9ration et le D\u00e9veloppement Economique (OCDE).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9change automatique d\u2019information sera effectif selon une m\u00e9thode propre, inspir\u00e9e principalement du Mod\u00e8le IGA 1A, incorporant des \u00e9l\u00e9ments du Standard de l\u2019Echange Automatique d\u2019Information d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par l\u2019OCDE que l\u2019on consid\u00e8re appropri\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Etant un sujet en \u00e9volution, le Gouvernement National prendra les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour que l\u2019\u00e9change automatique d\u2019information ne soit pas utilis\u00e9 comme une mesure dissuasive pouvant affecter la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 du Panama au profit d\u2019autres centres financiers.<\/p>\n<p>La R\u00e9publique du Panama r\u00e9it\u00e8re sa proposition selon laquelle l\u2019\u00e9change automatique d\u2019information devrait \u00eatre un sujet de l\u2019agenda r\u00e9gulier des Nations Unies afin que les initiatives soient discut\u00e9es par les pays membres dans des conditions d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Gouvernement de la R\u00e9publique du Panama informe les usagers de la plateforme financi\u00e8re et de services du Panama, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 internationale, que le pays a annonc\u00e9 son engagement d\u2019appliquer le m\u00e9canisme d\u2019\u00e9change automatique d\u2019information \u00e0 partir de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018.
